How soon will my order be shipped out?

All online orders will be shipped to you within 2 business days once payment is cleared via our secure PayPal shopping cart. Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address given at time of payment.

How are my items shipped?

Our shipping partner is the US Postal System and we prefer to ship US Postal Priority mail as the fixed price rate of $5.30 for 1 to 2 bags and 9.70 for 3 to 10 bags. Over 10 bags we will contact you with a shipping price.

Can I order Internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally.

How do I care for my bag?

Our quality canvas bags are well made and will withstand years of use. If your bag does need a cleaning we suggest spot cleaning with a mild soap and cool water and allowing your bag to line dry. Warm water or machine washing and drying your bag may cause the bag shrink and change it's shape.

Where are dirtBags made?

An environmentally friendly company named Envirotote manufactures the Food for thought, No plastic Bags and Good, Green Fun dirtBags, in the United States. Currently the Monkey Bags are made by cafepress. This will be changing very soon.

Do you sell wholesale?

If you are looking for wholesale plain canvas bags, you came to the wrong place! We do not sell anything but dirtBags. Cool canvas shopping bags designed by us.  If you like it plain keep on looking. If you would like to place a large order of dirtBags, fifty or more. Shoot us an e-mail; we can work out a deal.

What is your return policy?

We can't imagine you would ever want to return your new dirtBag. But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return unused and unwashed merchandise for a full refund (less shipping costs).

To make a return please send an e-mail to returns@happymonkey planet.com, we will give you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and an address to ship your bag back to us. Once we receive the bag we will issue you a refund. Please do not send back a bag without a RMA number.
